Washington, July 12, 2016 — ICBA Bancard®, the payments-services subsidiary of the Independent Community Bankers of America® (ICBA), named Chrystina Giorgio as president and CEO. She was appointed by unanimous decision of ICBA Bancard’s board of directors and succeeds Linda Echard, who served for 30 years as president and CEO and retired in June.
