Newark, Delaware, Jan. 22, 2013 – Managing ATM service tickets just became a lot easier for Cash Connect’s Total Cash Management (TCM) clients with the introduction of a web and mobile ticketing interface. The feature allows clients to open service requests for armored carriers or maintenance providers through Cash Connect’s CashTrack web portal. Tickets are then opened with the appropriate service provider, sometimes automatically via live data feeds.
