Long Beach, Calif., April 28, 2016 — Epson America, Inc., regional headquarters of Seiko Epson Corporation (TSE: 6724, “Epson”), today announced that John Lang, president and CEO will retire effective June 30, 2016. As part of a planned succession, Keith Kratzberg, currently senior vice president, will assume the role of president and chief executive officer as of July 1, 2016.
