Jacksonville, Fla., Aug. 3, 2016 – The National ATM Council, Inc. (“NAC”), a not-for-profit trade association representing America’s independent ATM sector, has sent an open letter to VISA Inc. requesting that the company rescind or make optional its recently introduced “ATM Locator Fee” (locator fee) for U.S. retail ATM operators.
