Wakefield, Mass., Jan. 17, 2013 — Today the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), an open, global forum for the development of payment card security standards, invites the PCI community to participate in the 2013-2015 Board of Advisors election process, new PCI Special Interest Groups (SIG) and the 2013 PCI Community Meetings. As an industry standards body, the PCI Council relies on the involvement of more than 650 Participating Organizations representing the global payments community to drive the ongoing development of strong technical standards and resources for card security.
