Finextra – 4/16/14: First Data Chairman and CEO Frank Bisignano today announced that Heidi G. Miller has joined the First Data Board of Directors, effective April 14, 2014. A well- accomplished senior executive in the financial services industry, Miller’s addition brings the total number of board members to seven. “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Heidi to the board.
