PC Magazine – 12/31/14: New York City wants to make it easier for you to pay your parking tickets, and is asking tech companies like Apple and PayPal to provide details on how best to integrate mobile payment systems. The city’s Department of Finance has issued a request for information (RFI), which wants details “on mobile solutions for payment and hearing scheduling for parking tickets.” That could include bitcoin, Apple Pay, and PayPal, the RFI said.
