Business Wire – 7/20/15: First Data Corporation announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered, the price range, and the stock exchange listing for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for the repayment of certain indebtedness.
