Finextra – 12/22/15: PayPal claims that 10 million people worldwide have opted-in to use One Touch payments, enabling consumers to pay for purchases online with a single click after their first login. One Touch for mobile was first launched a year ago and a Web-based version has since been rolled out to 16 markets worldwide, covering one million online merchants.
