TSG is pleased to announce that Bill Clark has joined the firm as a Senior Associate.

Bill Clark has over 30 years’ experience in the payments industry. As a consultant at TSG, Clark specializes in payment facilitation, integrated software verticals, issuing, and mobile. Additionally, Clark has an extensive background in business development, product development, and fintech, both in large corporate settings and as a de novo startup.
Particularly relevant to his role at TSG, Clark was a pioneer in the payment facilitation space by developing and operating a full-service Payment Service Provider solution at Spindle. His platform was the first cloud-based platform to receive PCI Level 1 Service Provider certification.
