Fiserv has acquired MerchantPro Express as part of a strategy to expand Fiserv’s merchant services business and grow partner-based distribution.

The alliance will bring together payment solutions from Fiserv with the onboarding and service of MerchantPro Express.

Devin McGranahan, senior group president, Global Business Solutions at Fiserv, said: “MerchantPro Express has been a key Fiserv distribution partner since 2009. By combining our solutions and expertise under one roof we will be able to expand and speed the delivery of new and innovative solutions.”

MerchantPro Express, is an Independent Sales Organisation (ISO), providing processing services, POS equipment and merchant cash advances to businesses across the US.
